When I started reading about the human mind and the role of mindset & beliefs in our lives, I got mesmerized by it. To learn it deeply I read a lot of books, watched a lot of movies, videos, and documentaries. Many stories and experiences from people show how our outer reality is a reflection of our inner self.

This knowledge, and the practices based on it have helped me a lot to understand the true meaning of life. It became a ray of hope for me when time was really difficult. I believe this knowledge should be shared with all human beings so that they can go beyond the ego and find their true nature.
