In this state of VOID, if we set an intention, it is accepted by our mind very fast. That is why meditation is the fastest manifestation technique. Things are manifested quickly in this State.

Affirmation or imagination can be used as a tool to set an intention in a meditative state.

STEPS:

  1. Learn meditation and be good at focus and concentration

2. Manifestation Through Letting Go and Surrender

Most of the people do not attract good things in their lives because they are confused. They are not clear what they want. So every few days they keep changing their goals and desires.

So, you have two options either be clear on what you want, write down every detail of it. Or let go , keep surrendering and let the life bring you what is made for you.

If we are experiencing any negative situation in our life that means we are holding some negativity inside us. 

Sometimes we don’t know what we want. We are confused about what to do. We just want to get out of the situations we are living in without knowing where to go.

In this situation surrendering all our desires to the higher mind will put our life back on track. 

When we offer the driver seat of our life to the higher intelligence it brings life on the right track. We don’t need to think about what to do or where to go.

For this technique to work, you need to keep cleansing whatever comes and keep surrendering it to the higher mind or god.

  2. Meditate every day and keep releasing the thoughts during meditation. Keep surrendering whatever comes in your mind
  3. After meditation for a few minutes repeat this mantra to put you in peace: “I am exactly where I am supposed to be at this moment of space and time.”
  4. During the day whenever anxious or worry thoughts come, repeat the Hoʻoponopono mantra and keep cleansing
  5. When we go to bed to sleep, this is the 2nd time when most anxious thoughts hit us. Use any guided affirmations while sleeping and release whatever comes.

Embrace to Let Go method (VERY POWERFUL!!)

I like this method too much and I keep using it. We have a lot of negative patterns stored in our subconscious minds and we never observer them. 

These patterns trigger us from time to time during our day and we keep reacting to the situation according to these patterns.

We never try to go within and observe these patterns, because we feel fear facing them and our minds treat them as a threat. 

We hate these negative patterns and emotions, we try to ignore them and push them away. 

But in this approach, these patterns keep controlling us. 

To let them go we need to go within, look at them, observe them, and accept them. 

When we do this we are changing our emotional relationship with these old memories. Instead of getting triggered, we are embracing them. 

Steps: 

  1. Observe the negative feelings inside you that you want to let go. Or during your day see what triggers a reaction in you, and find the hidden emotion behind it 
  2. Sit quietly, and let this emotion come to the surface of your consciousness. Do not push it away, don’t resist, let it come freely. If any other thing (people, event, situations) related to this feeling appear let them also come
  3. Observe this feeling, accept it, embrace it, and see it with love. Don’t get carried away with the feeling just observe it
  4. If you wish you can also use affirmations to embrace this negative part of you during this meditation like: “I love you fearful one” or “I love you anxious one”. You can make your affirmation like this based on the feelings you want to release
  5. When you do this regularly this pattern will start to lose its grip and starts to melt away. 
  6. Be greater than your mind, embrace and love these feelings as a master. Don’t get carried away with them as a victim.

3. 15 Minutes Process From Abraham Hicks to Intentionally Focus on Positive Aspects

Thoughts that are without emotions have no power. Thoughts that have emotional charge are the most powerful.

So to make a positive change in our life, thoughts with great emotional charge are required.

In this process, we will set aside 15 minutes everyday and deliberately focus on the positive aspects with the great emotional charge.

As Abraham Hicks Says: “Belief is just a thought we keep repeating”. So we need to keep practicing it until our mind accepts it as a belief.

In this process, we are going to go to a kind of workshop every day for 15 minutes.

In this process, we are not going into an altered state or a meditative state. We will just focus on our desires with high intensity and emotions.

STEPS:

  1. Go to a place where nobody will disturb you for 15 min
  2. You need to be happy before going to that place. So do it when you are really happy or do some activities which will change your mood before going to this place. If you do it with an unhappy mind, it will not benefit you because your attractive power will not be there
  3. Collect the data from your real-life experiences during the day and remember it. If you see someone with a joyful personality, collect that data so that you can bring it to your workshop later. If you see someone driving a car you like, collect that data. If you see someone in an occupation you like, collect that data. Whatever you see during the day that you want to bring in your life experience, collect that data. Remember it or write it down so that you can use it later in the workshop
  4. When you go into the workshop start assimilating the data. As you assimilate the data you will create a picture of yourself that you want to bring in your experience

Mind movie is one of the amazing and beautiful manifestation methods. If you struggle with meditation or visualization then you can use mind movie to keep yourself aligned with your desires.

A mind movie is a great way to imprint your desires on your subconscious mind.

Mind movie is a combination of small videos or images that represent our desire. There are already many mind movie videos available on the internet. If you find any that is close to your desires, you can use that or you can create your own mind movie.

How to Create a Mind Movie:

  1. Collect the images from the internet that are a symbol of your desires. Or if you already have some images you can use that. If you are already using any digital vision board then get images from it
  2. If you want you can also include any short video in your mind movie. Many sites are providing free short videos
  3. Download any beautiful music of your choice that makes you feel more connected with your desires
  4. Combine the images, videos, and music to make a single 4-6 minute video. Add the affirmations on the images. I use Filmora to create my mind movie. You can use Filmora or any other free software,
  5. Watch this video every day when you are relaxed. Live it feel it

  1. When you are going to sleep imagine and be in the feeling of wishes fulfilled like it’s happening right now
  2. Think about it until you give it all the sensory vividness of reality. Do not think of it as an event happening in the future, think from the state of wishes fulfilled like it’s happening now.   1. Create an affirmation for the solution you desire
  2. Set aside 15 minutes three times a day morning, noon, and evening

  4. Once your mind is relaxed repeat your affirmation with the faith and emotions

Vision board is a collection of images that represent your goals or dreams. 

If you can print your images and make a physical board that will be great because you can hang that anywhere and see it many times a day.

Also, On the physical board, you will make fewer changes in the future. 

But if not possible you can just download the images on your desktop and create a digital board using any image editing tool like Canva.

Spend some time everyday visualizing your goals and feeling them.

8. Writing or Scripting Manifestation Method

Scripting is writing your desires as if they are happening now. When you write your desires every day with the feeling of thankfulness you imprint it on your subconscious mind. 

Once it is imprinted you will see events leading you towards that desire.

STEPS:

  1. Create a new story of your desired life. It should be a paragraph with 7 to 8 sentences. Do not make it very long because you will feel anxious while writing a very long paragraph. 
  2. It should be in the present tense 
  3. Keep a journal with you and write it every day
  4. Remember, words and sentences have no value without emotional charge. So feel it while writing

“I am healthy, fit, fearless, and unlimited. I am having a sacred communication with the divine.  

I love myself and feel only love and compassion for everybody around me. 

I am at my true place and my soul is dancing in love, peace, freedom, and joy.

This is just an example. You can modify it according to your requirement. If you want to be specific about anything or any amount write it down. But make sure you feel good about it.

9. Manifestation Through Gratitude Journal

When we focus on something, it comes more into our lives. Because where the focus goes, energy flows.

If we focus on problems, more problems will come. If we focus on good things and feel grateful for them, we bring more of them into our lives.

5×55 manifestation method is about writing your desires persistently for 5 days, 55 times each day. 

This is another subconscious imprinting technique. 

STEPS:

  1. Create a positive affirmation for your desire in the present tense. Write something on what your mind can believe
  2. Set aside one hour every day for this practice for the next 5 days
  3. Keep a journal and pen with you and write your affirmation 55 times every day
  4. Don’t write to finish it fast, instead feel it with gratitude every time you write it
